The staff in the office are very friendly and everyone is open to discuss any issues. There is no hierarchy in the local affiliate. Very diverse affiliate with people from different culture and background.
Cons
The staff in the local affiliate office has either been here for at least 5 years, or they have been in the company for less than a year. There are lack of communication to certain extends, a lot of one-way communications and not sure where the information might be going.
