Pros

Clear direction and ambition for the business. Opportunity to develop and learn is there if you want to take it. The growth of Ipsen means that it is a hugely exciting place to be with so much potential. I definitely feel part of the future of Ipsen and there is a strong sense of commitment to doing the right thing for our patients as well as the business.

Cons

The ambition and pace of growth means it is a busy place with opportunity to stretch up but if you aren’t willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty it’s not the right place for you.

Top management is short-term driven, they stab each other's back all the time, do not have a clear vision nor a true interest to do things right nor the right thing. The current CEO and some of his recent hirings are only building their own career and do not care about this company's long term future.
