Pros

There are no ceilings, not literally but opporrtunity for involvment and cross training are all open. All hands on deck mentality. Create your vision for yourself and work towards it, nobody will try to stop you.

Cons

With the opportunity and speed of development this environment will only suit a hard working and results orientated mentality. The more you do the more you are given, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy work life balance with so much opportunity.

This website allows people to air their views on companies they have worked for, and while I agree that the reviews for Ipsen especially in Slough have been extremely negative, this reflects peoples individual experience. One contributor who is obviously well in with the correct clique said ex employees were 'poisonous' which is rubbish because these are individual experiences not a coordinated campaign. It is a very political cliquey culture and has been like this for 4 years. The people that were made redundant/sacked/resigned were not all bad at there jobs, generally they did not fit or enjoy the culture created by the senior management. I am in contact with people who are still there and sadly despite some of the ultra positive reviews the it has not changed and people are still generally unhappy.
