      MNC company but lack the MNC's behavior

      Pros

      If you like to work in a company with no clear directions, no training, very few SOPs, travels frequently with no clear purpose, having global team that couldn't careless about teams at local level (unless you are in France and to some extend Europe) which translates to almost hardly any TC ever in any given month, no career progression then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      If you want to excel in your career, you want to learn the most efficient way of doing things, goal oriented, like to achieve something that is meaningful, and you are not French, then this is not the company for you

      Pros

      The company has had a big shake up in management, which has increased the pace of work significantly. Lovely office. Nice people.

      Cons

      Where this family run business has had a management change, a considerable amount of people have been made redundant. There was a high number of people who had been with the company for many years and staff turnover was very low- it's now quickly speeding up.

      Pros

      Alot of effort going into the culture from SLT. Some wonderful, knowledgable people that deserve better.

      Cons

      Where to start - zero collabaration between departments that need to be doing so, Incompetent processes that make zero sense coupled with a lack of systems in place, with no desire to change. Zero accountability or support from individuals that manage teams. People thinking they have things under control when that couldn't be further from the truth. A very confusing and unenjoyable experience.
