      Lean organization can sometimes result in limited resources on projects. It can be challenging to balance work and life.

      Free lunches, but there not great either.

      Cons

      Terrible management, pay is low compared to other nearby pharma companies. The atmosphere is so bad, miserable people, no training no room for growth. They have no culture

      Pros

      All interviewers were friendly and respectful. The HR team was very helpful and responsive while scheduling virtual interview and negotiating the offer.

      Cons

      It can be tricky and time-consuming to schedule interviews with US and EP team members. Even still, it was less than 4 months from first interview to first day on the job, which seems about right.
