      Pros

      Growing organisation, huge investment and focus on continuous improvement. Fantastic team, very warm and welcoming organisation. Enjoy being part of a company that truly makes a difference to people's lives

      Significant period of growth has brought some challenges. We have have work to do to ensure our current processes and business support activities match the ambitions of the organisation

      Open dialogue, clear direction, strictly NO BLAME culture. Open to new ideas and initiatives. Welcome collaboration and team work. Patient at heart of everything we do shines through!

      Cons

      IT can be a challenge! Outsourcing certain functions can cause duplication instead of simplification of work as form filling arduous.

      A rapidly growing company , nimble and developing a great culture

      Pros

      Lots of great people and new senior leaders committed to shaping IPSEN into a great place to work. Nimble and able to cut through to the bottom of the butter to make decisions. Launched new renal cancer drug with incredibly challenging timelines . Belief and aspiration to achieve . Great conferences ! Some good benefits - e.g. Sports membership subsidy . Improved car scheme . Very competitive pension.

      Cons

      Has been a rapid turnover in recent year or 2 as some individuals felt the new IPSEN wasn't for them . Some great people have been able to move on and develop within IPSEN but succession planning to be improved to avoid gaps . Can be a bit chaotic but fun Incentive scheme not really hit the mark this year but plans in place to put it right

Last year’s launch of Cabo has been a truly inspiring experience for all of us and it goes a long way towards proving how much we can achieve when we all work together. I am also sensitive to your recommendations that we need to improve our succession plans and we have ambitious plans to address these issues through the deployment of new HR tools.
