Ipsen is a really good company with great culture and values. The interview process was good, the interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable and asked straightforward questions to ensure I had the skills and experience for the role. They allowed me to ask questions and were happy to answer my questions about the company.

A job is like a marriage you have to find the right partner for you. This is what I have found in IPSEN, a great partnership. Passionate team of people, decent benefits, nice projects, organic change, I happen to enjoy working within the French culture (I am not French) and this suits me well, I always know where I stand with my colleagues and managers. Good treatment of employees.
