      Strong company and stable environment. Good Training is provided

      Cons

      The bangalore office is heavily getting experienced candidates from other companies and now I see there is a huge amount of employees from Indegene . This is a scary feeling. I feel we should not get people only from a single organization .

      Team work, within (if not across) teams

      Cons

      no work-life abklance. large disjoint, some groups are over-staffed and slack off, some groups are under-staffed and are continuously being asked to eat into any remaining personal time "for the good of the company" . The company is being prepped for sale and it is very evident in how the country is managed.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the contract work employees. Being that we're all in the same boat, we could sympathize with one another about not being totally accepted by the host pharma company's employee counter parts. Management hands off. It was great.

      Cons

      Misrepresentation of earnings potential in sales and realities of the Boston territory which is the worst in the nation. Maybe they assumed we had done our homework. But I had never worked in MA and bad just recently moved there
