      Pros

      Interesting work. Get to work with a diverse group of motivated, talented people from around the globe. Company is growing, so there is a lot of financial stability, with opportunities for advancement. In general, people are easy to work with, are pleasant, and technically very good. Benefits are pretty good. I particularly like working with clients. Quintiles has the least turnover in employees among the major CROs. People tend to stay at the organization for a while. That indicates a general happiness among the employees.

      Cons

      Timelines are being squeezed (not a Quintiles issue, but a general issue in the industry). Sometimes long hours due to the timelines.

      Pros

      Biggest company in the area in the world, ability to learn and develop your skills, stable employer, offers oportunity to work on the global level with the biggest pharma customers.

      Cons

      Relatively low salaries, terrible company cars and car policy, very sophisticated computer systems to complete, too many managers,compared to profit makers, promotions not associated with salary increases.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with working in the office as well as working from home. They are great at recognizing you when you have performed great work.

      Cons

      The pay is crappy and the job titles need a lot of work. The job title I have doesn't even describe the type of work that I do.
