      Low salary, high pressure.

      Pros

      Acquire experience, as first hand-on job. Positions in senior management are probably good as well considering the difference of treatment.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to the pharma industry. Lack of recognition by line management. Stress is constant and pressure is never off. Limited advancement opportunities, they prefer to higher from the outside. No visibility on your career prospects.

      Pros

      Excellent place to start your career in Clinical Research. Great pay and benefits. Excellent training program. I enjoyed the fact that they do not micro manage

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted due to politics. Not a bad place to work . If you have the experience check out other pharmaceutical companies.

      Benefits, time off with pay, vacation levels earned

      Cons

      Management will not engage with employees that report to their own direct reports. shouldn't your boss' boss know you if you want to make headroom? Well, there are no opportunities to go further with networking b/c the associate direcctor will walk through the lab without making eye contact. He only wants to speak to managers even though grievences may exist with the production staff.
