For our Sales employees, we are proud to provide individualised coaching with a personal development expert, as well as other great training and continuous development and career opportunities. We also reward our fantastic sales for hitting their target with our fantastic commission scheme. This initiative has included rolling out the same scheme across Sales, moving to monthly commission payments, simplifying tiers and types of order and the chance to earn 200% of commission once you hit your target. We are also delighted to have rewarded one of our commercial team members with an electric scooter as part of the range of incentives and competitions we run throughout the year. This year, we are also excited to see our Elite Club winners be rewarded with a luxury trip to Las Vegas! We also encourage employee feedback through Peakon, our monthly engagement survey. This tool enables employees to share their ideas with managers and senior leaders in real time, allowing them to respond to comments immediately and act on ideas and. So that our employees are enabled to immediately make an #IMPACT. We are delighted that since its launch, employees shared more than 50,000 comments and managers posted over 42,000 updates, responses, and follow-up questions. We're delighted that you recognise our fantastic training and development initiatives, as well as the range of career progression opportunities we offer. Our Learning and Development team have recently published our Spring/Summer curriculum, filled with free training courses covering topics such as Sales for Non-Salespeople, Fundamentals of Project Management, Excel training, and many more! We are also proud to currently have 52 apprenticed enrolled in a range of apprenticeships and have delivered 155 training sessions from 2021-2022. We are delighted to be continuing our annual High Potential Programme, which provides our employees with the opportunity to grow their careers with us, through extensive networking sessions, webinars, and other development activities.
