As soon as I walked in for my interview, I felt welcome and valued. The atmosphere and building itself is a wonderful, it is so relaxing but motivating. Outside there is a pond and quite area to sit and have lunch. The management are so supportive and the company itself has a great culture and fantastic values. The benefits are superior to anything I have incountered before and it really gives an insensitive to become the best you can be. I actually love going to work in the morning. With the company growing and a really great forecast I intend to be here for as long as I possibly can 😊.

The team that I work with are very friendly and we get the work done exceptionally well

No praise for going above and beyond the job role. Senior managers don't have a clue what they're doing. The bonus structure is a joke. You woke your butt off for a £3k bonus which is submitted but they knock you down a level with no notice and the bonus is only £1k before tax. For all the extra effort working towards the higher one, what was the point as you're never getting what you've achieved. Pay rises are an absolute joke too. HR don't have a clue what they're doing either

Based on employee feedback, we have completely restructured the bonus plan for FY20 to give everyone greater control over earning their bonus (if applicable), through a mix of individual objectives and company performance.
