We are proud of the strong communication between our leadership team and the rest of the company, utilising our employee engagement tool, Peakon, to enable employees to share their anonymous feedback in real time with managers and senior leaders to make a #IMPACT, as well as a range of company-wide communications to share our plans and exciting news. We appreciate IRIS is a large, successful, and fast-growing company and we have put in place resources and tools to help our employees navigate our processes. We are delighted to have invested heavily in our Quantum project, which supports standardising our systems and processes into a set of world class, integrated systems to enable our colleagues to work efficiently throughout the organisation. We also have a range of intranet pages that detail our HR initiatives and processes, as well as running a weekly induction for all new hires, to welcome them to the company and detail our systems, processes, and employee directory (Delve). Pros

A company that encourages autonomy and provides staff with the opportunity to grow and develop your career. Very people focused with an approachable management team from the board down.

Cons

Coming from a smaller organization there is definitely a culture shift in what is managed and how often its managed. This of course provide fantastic insight and is done for the right reasons - but at times I often look for ways I can reduce/consolidate the meetings I am involved with.
