Pros

Good culture and technology. Good work life balance. But thats not all, too much politics within teams

Cons

Low paid jobs, very low then the market rates. You will work hard but earn less. No appreciation for your hard work. Poor bonus structure. Better utilise your skills and time where it is worth it.

Cons

Everything - you're just a number. Regardless of their apparent focus on employee wellbeing, the reality is you're just a cog in one of many of their bricks in the IRIS empire. you're completely replaceable and they have zero care about their clients...

all of the negative reviews here are 100% accurate, and the positive ones are 99% false, I should know as I am involved in getting people to write them. I cant take it anymore to be honest, its like IRIS are compeltely blind to whats going on. trying to get people back for presenteeism, literally endagering lives, i know im not the only manager thinking this, so soon it will be the CEO having people answering the phones as her direct reports. The sad thing is we can all tell its becasue they are trying to bundle up the usual, but no one will bite. Our key market was accountancy but we cant even do that right now, and it cant be fixed, much like COVID we have dropped the ball.

We’re very proud of how far we’ve come as an organisation but we recognise there’s more to do. There have been many changes within Sales to give everyone the best opportunities for success and we have done our upmost to share the benefits and been transparent about the impact of the changes on a regular basis. The wider transformation is exciting as it enables us to share expertise and provide greater opportunities for employees across the IRIS family, it increases the potential for cross selling to support our growth, and it helps us provide the best possible service to our customers. We have also increased the training and development resources on offer for all our salespeople to support them in meeting targets. Sales enablement training sessions are now also available in a variety formats, focusing on our products and solutions with the addition of a dedicated platform for sharing content, guides and demos. It is important that we empower our salespeople so we've also created a specialised team of product and presales experts to support them. Unquestionably, we must have the right tools to recognise those who deliver high and exceptional performance, and we have launched a new Sales club (Elite Club) which offers an end of year trip for our highest performing salespeople and a number of encouraging awards along the way. We hope these initiatives go some way to reassure you that we care about our salespeople and their success.
