Great people, great opportunities, addictive insanity

Pros

Interesting technology and wonderful co-workers. Lots of interesting opportunities for motivated people. Some amazing longevity with some of the employees yet, there seems to be a genuine start feel (and some craziness) to much of the company.

Cons

Can be a chaotic environment to work in (particularly during Covid lockdown). You do need to step up and sometimes demand to be noticed/ask for help as the pace in some parts of the company is pretty hectic at times

Great company to work for. Benefits are amazing. Operate an open door policy. The senior management team are engaging and always happy to listen and help. Great people work at IRIS. it is a fast paced and challenging environment but the rewards are worth it. There is plenty of scope to develop your career with many great opportunities to grow. There is an amazing learning and development website with a vast array of course that you can attend. If you are lucky enough to work fir IRIS Then you are one if the lucky ones.

Cons

Sometimes it would be nice to get a little more thinking time.
