Limited in the US. Everything is geared toward the larger international organization.

Cons

Consistent & expected overtime, poor pay structure, HR team that provide no support and often have pay errors, poor communication from management, dictatorial US CEO has to go!

Recently, we were delighted to welcome our Chairman, Gus Malezis, to the role of interim CEO as we search for a new CEO to lead us into FY26. As a global business that is growing in the United Stated and Canada, our dedicated Americas leadership team ensure that we’re driving focus in the region and run regular townhall calls, in addition to invitations to all company communication, to regularly update our colleagues in the Americas on our latest updates and achievements in the US and Canada. We also work hard across IRIS to give all managers the skills they need to motivate, develop and inspire their teams, and we created our dedicated leadership pathways, open to all levels of management to provide ongoing support to unlock our managers potential and ensure they’re performing at their best. Amazing team of people in our department who are always willing to support each other. Opinions are listened to and valued either in the monthly anonymous surveys or if collaborating with colleagues. Great benefits as would be expected from a large firm. I particularly like the optional paid giving back days that allow you to help your local community. Extensive learning opportunities available, whether that be apprenticeship schemes, in house training portal or seconding to a different team to gain experience. If its relevant to your role and progression in IRIS there's going to be an option available from our Learning & Development team. Always opportunities to progress your career due to organic and acquisition growth.

Cons

All companies have issues, but there is nothing at IRIS that is worse than any other large business I've worked for. Its definitely up there as one of the better ones. Some parts off the business are constantly changing due to acquisitions, which might not be for everyone.
