after 15 years and seeing change through the company i only see improvements, the people i work with are brilliant and all work closely across different departments. this makes the cogs turn and make sure we offer the best service to our customers

Cons

if i would have 1 thing would be payrises, i understand from a business POV the reason why they cant give everyone the amount they are after but feel they should look after the ones that have worked hard even if they are on more money than others

IRIS do look after their people. Regular pay reviews, annual bonus, investment in personal development, they offer a hardship fund for emergencies plus great private healthcare. Customer Operations is led by a very strong leader, who pushes her teams to be the best they can be.

Cons

Very fast paced with an ever changing environment. If you have a great leader like we do in customer ops and you can handle the pace you will be fine. Otherwise it may not be for you.

Innovation & Contribution - offers employees the chance to make a real impact in the company, IRIS are always trying to involve their employees to showcase how their ideas and to show that they are valued and how they can help shape the future of the company. Work-Life Balance - IRIS is really well known for ensuring employees have a healthy work-life balance since COVID a lot has changed in the world. IRIS provide a supportive environment where employees can balance work with their personal life. Supportive Environment - inclusivity, respect, and collaboration are ingrained in our company values. A family-like atmosphere which stems from the respect and mutual care, us as employees have for each other.

I personally don't have any cons about working for IRIS, i thrive of the busy workload, day to day it keeps my brain ticking over.
