I love the working environment. There's talented and dedicated people seeking to do the right thing. The work can be demanding, this is an ambitious organisation trying to make progress on multiple fronts. But my experience has been that the organisation is looking for it's folks to set out a clear plan to achieve a goal and, once it's convinced, gets right behind it

Cons

There's always more that I wished I'd achieved in a day, a week, a month. So discipline and self-confidence is required to focus on that which is most important, even if that thing is not that around which the noise is loudest.

I work in Education, Its busy, but there are lots of opportunities to speak to customers and make a real difference. Career growth is good, with options to move up and to different departments.

Cons

At certain times of the year, it can get very busy.
