Pros

Flexible schedule , telework, the pay, you can work overtime for money or compensatory time, you can take a day off as long as you have the hours and the date is available. There is monetary or time off awards given yearly depending on your evaluation.

Cons

You have to be 7.2 hrs on the phone. Callers are challenging. You have to manage hold time perfectly. You get 1 call monitored weekly. Management it’s disorganized. The people who don’t follow rules are taken into consideration for promotion. Not all supervisors work by the same rules. Some are driven by numbers others by quality and other just care about self image.
