Pros
Family oriented, the entire company is run by the Reardon family and they're all very polite and good people to work for. If your having an issue understanding something, several of your coworkers are more then willing to assist you. The hours are reasonable and the benefits arnt bad at all, including the 401k plan.
Cons
If your not in the good graces of the Reardon clan, you will NOT move up at all in this company. If you are a male in this office, you will be treated sub par and as if your nothing more then an annoyance. They can't keep the investigators busy out side of the northeast busy year round. The Reardon "favorites" as their known around the office, are often seen hanging out in their supervisors office for hours on end while the rest of us had to work. And worst of all, the pay is very much subpar. If your hourly, your paid under $20 an hour and are forced to work overtime to make ends meet and if your Salaried, then you lose out on atleast $20,000 a year.
