Worst tech company in Dallas, they trap young professionals into working for them, wages are below market standards, toxic workplace, your expected to work overtime to get projects, even though there is no overtime pay or projects, management is completely European and blames “American work ethics” for the company not doing well in America. European employees of the company are entitled to work from home, and 30 pto days, and many more benefits, while American employees are forced to come to work in dangerous weather conditions, entitled to 10 pto days, no 401k matching, bad insurance plans, etc.

This company is never going to succeed in American market, it is a pet project for the ceo so she can pretend like her company operates in America, the hr have asked all the employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor, they are keen to taking care of their European employees, while they expect slave Labor from Americans
