Hardworking people gain nothing. If you wanted something for yourself and your career, it's better to work somewhere else. This company is about who you know, the connections you have or can make, though it can take some time.

Great team spirit. Modern office environment to work together in relax. The work is organized as a team work and focused in tight collaboration. If you love to work with people this is the right place, Work at home is ok when you need it but if your goal is to work at home do not apply here, management is very clear on the subject. You live in Sants? Then it’s perfect.

Cons

Average overtime I do is 5 hours a month. But that is because I love what I do. I an finish my work at home if I wish.

Some opportunity to work on meaningful programs. Coworkers were really great. Extremely friendly people and really made everything bearable.

Cons

Management was arrogant, corrupt, and set demands too high. They would not assist with making sure you had the right material to do your job. Work hours were VERY unreasonable, sometimes being 12 or more. Wage are below industry standards. Employee satisfaction survey was well below the industry average. Most people I knew have left. Glad I left.
