Free dental, vision, health, and life insurance. Very competitive base pay. Company-wide bonus. Young and vibrant working environment. State of the art office in the heart of Dallas. Beer Fridays.

Cons

Lots of inconsistencies from management. Actually a very competitive working environment. Long hours and you are expected to work weekends. You will be on the phone in Customer Service for a while. Because of the awful product, you will likely be yelled at by clients daily. Company fraternization.
