Great team culture and benefits, but no room for innovation.

1. Great people - strong team culture 2. Travel opportunities 3. Good employee benefits (medical etc) 4. Fast growing business in emerging space

Cons

1. Limited promotion opportunities / glass ceiling for satellite offices 2. Software needs a major update 3. Role is not clearly defined - 50% of time spent doing 'back-end' sales support activites such as software system builds, presentations, marketing materials etc. 4. Unrealisitic 'perfection ' culture - feedback is given for everything 5. Not accepting of innovation - everything must follow a detailed checklist / pre-defined steps

Good learning environment, but expect long hours and politics

Good perks. Environment to learn and build a foundation.

Cons

Super busy, expect 12 hour days as the norm. Mental health is not really a thing here. Would need some serious grit to survive. Extremely political. You have to be liked to receive a good review.
