ISN has a great customer base that values the service we provide Employees are hardworking, knowledgeable, and culture is very collaborative Putting a lot of time into innovation and trying to advance the tools and software we use Great benefits, employees are cared for well

Cons

Software companies can move at a fast pace and ISN is no different. Expect busy, full days

Strong work-life balance with fast-paced demands

1. Work Life Balance is strong and promoted well 2. Company Culture 3. Mgmt. that actively promotes autonomy while fostering team and individual goals 4. perfect middle ground between large 1000+ employee company and start up. You dont feel like a number 5. On product side of the house, not competitive and promotes teamwork and group success 6. Hybrid work environment

Cons

1. can feel fast paced at times, which can sometimes lead to long(er) work hours 2. Hybrid work environment can be viewed as a Con (travelling into Dallas 2+ times a week)

Great team culture and benefits, but no room for innovation.

Pros

1. Great people - strong team culture 2. Travel opportunities 3. Good employee benefits (medical etc) 4. Fast growing business in emerging space

Cons

1. Limited promotion opportunities / glass ceiling for satellite offices 2. Software needs a major update 3. Role is not clearly defined - 50% of time spent doing 'back-end' sales support activites such as software system builds, presentations, marketing materials etc. 4. Unrealisitic 'perfection ' culture - feedback is given for everything 5. Not accepting of innovation - everything must follow a detailed checklist / pre-defined steps
