Pros

Pay is competitive with other organizations in the same industry

Cons

The leadership from the top down is the worst that I've ever worked for. They only care about themselves. They are vindictive and unethical. Lawsuits have been filed against them by former employees. How they manage to keep their jobs is beyond my imagination.

Pros

Salary, benefits and promotion opportunities are good

Cons

A lot of favoritism here and bad emplyees are retained while hood ones are kicked to the curb. Highly political atmosphere and management cares only about bottom line not about morale or employees. Senior management will find people to find others to blame for their mistakes and are untouchable. As others have said, too cliquey. Stay away.

Pros

Now that I have been out of this company for 2 years I can honestly say that the only pro you will encounter is if you are desperate for your first job. Your next job will be better because almost every job will be better than working here.

Cons

Management micromanages and sends passive aggressive messages to you when you make tiny and insignificant mistakes. They frequently had me do tasks that were outside my position and acted like it was my job. It was not and they were taking advantage of me. I wasn't getting paid to do what they requested. The pay for a paralegal was terrible and the benefits (despite them saying they were good) were terrible. It is really not worth all the drama this office brings for the one day that you can work from home. I got a new job and the first thing I noticed was how much energy I have now that I am out of ISO. Passive aggressive environments are exhausting. I also want to add that my manager was calling and texting me to try to get me to work on a day that I took PTO. I was getting paid in the 30's so I can't even say I was being compensated for that annoyance. You don't get a day off at this company. This is an office that hires straight out of college and does not expect to keep their employees so they underpay them. People have been quitting a ton and they are always understaffed somewhere because they can't keep their employees. Everyone is asked to carry a heavy load for very little pay. They act like it is every office environment because most of the employees don't know any better but it's not. It is a terrible company to work for.
