Pros

I've been an employee at ISO CP for just about two years. I came to the company from a large insurance carrier where I had worked for nearly 14 years. I took a chance coming to ISO CP, leaving behind an established network and record of promotion after promotion at my former employer...and I am so glad I did! I have a direct manager who is the best mentor I've ever had, I am given opportunity after opportunity to broaden my skills and learn, I am treated with nothing but respect from all levels of the organization and, frankly, the work atmosphere and people here are fantastic!

Cons

The only con since I've been here is that the organization has undergone a period of transformation with several layers of management changing, with the normal turbulence that comes along with leadership changes. I can honestly say the changes have all been for the better, though, and I'm excited about the direction of the company and the growth opportunity for me here.

Pros

Casual dress and work environment Frequent free lunches Good vending selections Work from home Fridays From the outside appears to be a fun and progressive place to work. Careful, it is all window dressing

Cons

Full of backstabbing and lies. No work life balance. Expected to work weekends and nights. Management style through use of threats, fear, and intimidation. No amount of money is enough to tolerate this hostile work environment. The other reviews that are negative are spot-on and honest. They want you to think the negative reviews were written by disgruntled employees or employees with a sense of entitlement. That is not the case. The negative reviews are written by normal, hard-working college-educated professionals who are tired of being treated like children or minimum wage laborers. People who just want to work hard and do their jobs during normal hours and see their families. Used to be a good place to work under the prior management team but is steadily and quickly going down the tubes. It does not matter what you do, how hard you work, or how many hours you work, your best is never good enough.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. ISO Claims Partners always encourages and welcomes employees to provide feedback on how we can continually strive to make our organization the best place to work. As you know, we have an electronic suggestion box, a physical box for comments, and an open door policy to our senior team to raise any concerns as well. The leadership team recognizes that of our employees have been putting in long hours to ensure our continued success here at ISO Claims Partners and this is truly appreciated. As current employees are aware, we are finishing up our recruiting efforts to fill 15+ openings and train all our newly hired employees. We are all extremely excited to add these additional employees as well as welcoming back former employees who see the progression and positive changes our organization exhibits. Our newly hired staff will bring new talent to our organization as well as improve the work / life balance. It is startling to hear that any employee feels that a particular manager is not living up to our core values. We would like you to know that we do not tolerate that kind of behavior from any employee and we strongly encourage that employees reach out to the Human Resources department with any concern as opposed to anonymous social media. Our HR staff always maintains an open door policy as well as confidentiality. They are trained to help coach employees through difficult situations and conflicts to reach resolutions and I hope you will decide to contact your HR department. Your VP of HR Heather Nehiley and HR Generalist, Amanda Gilbert are more than happy discuss your concerns with you and help. Additionally, as constantly encouraged you can reach out directly to your COO, Carrie Barr or President, Rob Lewis.
