As you know, we have an electronic suggestion box, a physical box for comments, and an open door policy to our senior team to raise any concerns as well. The leadership team recognizes that of our employees have been putting in long hours to ensure our continued success here at ISO Claims Partners and this is truly appreciated. As current employees are aware, we are finishing up our recruiting efforts to fill 15+ openings and train all our newly hired employees. We are all extremely excited to add these additional employees as well as welcoming back former employees who see the progression and positive changes our organization exhibits. Our newly hired staff will bring new talent to our organization as well as improve the work / life balance. It is startling to hear that any employee feels that a particular manager is not living up to our core values. We would like you to know that we do not tolerate that kind of behavior from any employee and we strongly encourage that employees reach out to the Human Resources department with any concern as opposed to anonymous social media.
