Pros
Senior management is dedicated to moving the company forward. Focused on a long term strategic plan, improving staff culture, and bringing in quality staff who share in that vision. Lots of opportunity for those willing to step up. Good benefits and pay. Board, management and most staff are working hard to make ISPE a great place to work.
Cons
Turnover has been greater than average as leadership and programs have changed to align with strategic plans. Under-performing staff aren't dealt with as quickly as they should be and impact others. Some staff don't understand the necessity to develop new mind-sets and skill-sets and see it as a negative instead of an opportunity. Same staff love to gossip.
