      Pros

      time off between Xmas and NY, remote work, some great people

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Anytime I second guess my choice to leave, I just read the reviews and feel good about it. It's all about bullying, and favoritism, which is sad, because the membership deserves more.

      Small company. Job duties are ambiguous as they will add on tasks not in job description. Treat staff unfairly. Racist. Will try to hold your pay.

      It's a paycheck. That's it.

      Cons

      This employer demonizes anyone who leaves, for whatever reason. Consider if it is worth it to your reputation when you look at jobs here. Won't repeat all the other reviews about favoritism, backstabbing, infighting between departments, etc., you can read those for yourself.
