      Pros

      Remote work, Solid benefits, some great people at non-leadership levels. Really nice members.

      Cons

      Incompetent and downright stupid “Mean Girls” leadership, territorial leadership, cross-department conflicts, inability or unwillingness to evolve. Horrible culture of distrust and finger-pointing, which trickles down from the CEO and VPs. I’m actively looking to leave this organization, one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Outdated business model, even for a membership organization.

      The team is super nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      Pay is below average, benefits are the bare minimum. There was zero training since day one, the manager was sour and unprofessional. After a brief period at the company, I was let go without explanation. The manager had a 2-minute call saying it was a hard decision but had to let me go and HR was going to explain the offboarding process. No respect, no feedback, just got cutoff and blocked out in the following hour after the call. Terrible experience!
