      “All else is madness”

      Pros

      Fun place to work. Mostly friendly people, happy hours, holiday socials, community drives. Company is well respected in the industry, ready to grow, and focused on improvement in all areas. Pay competitive, benefits good, closed Xmas to New Year. Staff at all levels are gaining the courage to stand up to the complainers and be part of the change and improvements.

      Cons

      Culture struggle between complainers and doers. Sick of complainers! Some people are managers just because of time with company. When management addresses competence with staff (noted in one review by demoting or firing) complainers complain more say turnover is too high. Split offices (MD and FL) causes communication and supervision problems

      Hard work can equal reward or loss of job

      Pros

      Insurance , PTO, lots of time off

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in management ; every January is when reviews are done and people are let go if the numbers aren't met. Also, your raise is not based on hard work, it's a flate % across the board; sometimes hard work is not rewarded

      Benefits were low-cost when I was there.

      Cons

      Your own career advancement here will be dictated by you still being there, and getting promoted because you are still there, when everyone else has gotten out. You stayed around, so you might get promoted whether you are ready and qualified, or not. Not a fun place to work. With some exceptions, quite a boring group.
