Pros

Great Benefits. 401k match. Time off during the holidays.

Cons

Cult-like following by some of the employees. Those who are part of it, follow the "little men" around like dogs. The "followers" have been brainwashed into thinking they will get somewhere. Fat chance. All of the longtime employees are just waiting for their next opportunity. The two offices, Tampa/DC Area, are constantly blaming one another for the disconnection of management. Job titles are meaningless. They'll get rid of "great" employees for no reason and hire idiots just to conform to the "diversity" laws.

Pros

Pay, free coffee, and monthly cake

Cons

If you not in with the click they will do their best to get rid of you. Manager doesn't have any decency to be honest and will avoid you. Look at the reviews that are 1. something and low 2's. High turnover rate, and I can see why. Believe the reviews and ratings. I started here, trying to think positive and thought it was the employees that were wrong.

Pros

Really none. It's a job!

Cons

Between people in management who have no clue how to manage, strategize, and move initiatives forward to the lack of a vision, this place just sucks. I have never seen such a cluster of unhappy people all just "doing stuff" just to stay afloat. There is no vision working together towards a common goal. They are strapped for cash with no real vision for how to move forward. Ideas are antiquated, and the people who should be in leadership positions aren't. Turnover in my area is just constantly high, and no one pauses to think why. I can't stress enough how leadership just sucks! You can't lead people by setting them at variance with one another. As an organization, learn how to structure your departments and hire the right people for the job. But you would need a vision to do that.
