      IST Management is a company with Passion for employees and clients. They hire individuals that want to learn and grown. They promote from within and provide tools for employees to reach the next level while encouraging professional and personal opportunities. They send out client and employee surveys and truly act on the results. Recently, adding to the benefits because that was a concern displayed in the survey.

      I have worked for IST since it started 21 years ago. We hired many entry-level employees over the years who were promoted to supervisory/management or vice-president positions. The career opportunities at IST are phenomenal. IST is an exciting place to work. We have a fun culture, high-growth, great technology, and incredible employee recognition programs. This is a great place to work!
