Where do I start? - The pay is definitely not worth it. - False promises of advancement in the company which leaves little morale. - The company has no backbone in dictating whats actually in the contract which leads to my next concern. - Your the help. Since tasks go far beyond said contract it leads to clients asking things on a daily thats demeaning and not your job. Hence, the help. - Be prepared to use PTO on national holidays. - Benefits cost an arm and a leg so I laugh to even call them, "benefits." - This one is more of a pet peeve that in my opinion come off as a definite hidden agenda to what they claim. For example their requirement of an Executive Pressence video. I wont go into detail but their are serious hole in their explanation on why they want it to begin with. -

You don't get paid for federal holidays. It takes forever to acquire your health benefits and any kind of PTO. In fact, If you want to be paid for a federal holiday, you have to use your PTO. Bonuses are basically nonexistent: a gift card to Starbucks... and you have to write an essay just to get that.
