      Pros

      They will hire ANYONE! No experience necessary. It is a great way to build your resume if your trying to get your foot in the door of the professional world. Get in, get experience and then run as fast as you can.

      Cons

      They hire anyone! The only people they can get to work for them are young inexperienced kids. There is no support what so ever from upper management. This is a "good old boys" sales company. They promise you the world and sell everything like it is the very best thing that could ever come your way. You will be told the opportunities to advance within the company are endless. There is a reason that out of almost 2000 employees only 180 have been there for 5 years or longer. The pay is a joke! The PTO is a joke! The health care benefits for a family plan will cost you more than your entire paycheck.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work, sites are well run thanks to the incredible supervisors on staff. Professional and incredibly productive place to work

      Cons

      Management not as involved as they could be, but still pretty receptive to new ideas
