Pros

1). Talented employees throughout the organization, both corporate and field operations. 2). Overall drive to be the best and grow. 3). Great clients.

Cons

1). Pay and benefits are not comparable with market; individual workloads are not sustainable, and lead to burnout. Be prepared to sacrifice much, with little return. 2). Job expectations change often (almost overnight) and are implemented on the spot. Be prepared to target moving finish lines, and "do not" express any frustration with disruptive practices to management. 3). Be prepared to deal with huge egos and subjective feedback from upper management. Consistent high level performance, subject matter expertise, and documented results are never part of the conversation. 4). Be prepared to leverage dated or useless technology as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Seasoned professionals will be the most frustrated. 5). The ongoing answer to "high turnover" is "just keep recruiting," and be prepared to have any solutions you offer rejected and not considered. 6). Be prepared to deal with lack of IT support to help with technology issues. By no means a reflection of incompetence, only a conflict of that team having higher priorities and a demanding workload. 7). Company does not follow up, and or create acton plans to deal with low employee survey results. Be prepared to provide your teams with "out of pocket" rewards and recognition to help with morale issues. 8). Be prepared to deal with unprofessional tactics and communication from management, should "you" decide to leave the company. 9). Internal controls that give the impression of compliance (check the box) with no real operational benefits, and accurate measurement of performance. 10). The company fosters "short term thinking" based on aggressive demands to increase sales. Be prepared to spend most of your time "stabilizing" operations with no support, unless your client escalates.
