      1.) Flexible hours & ability to work from home 2.) Opportunities to learn 3.) Friendly & positive atmosphere 4.) Promotions are available if you do above & beyond 5.) Dog friendly Corporate Office

      Cons

      You are expected to be diligent at performing your duties. If you do not, your stay at IST will be short. If you just do enough to get by, your position & pay will stay static. If you do above & beyond and keep a positive attitude, opportunities for growth are abundantly available. The bottom line is you get out of IST what you put in.

      IST Management is a company with Passion for employees and clients. They hire individuals that want to learn and grown. They promote from within and provide tools for employees to reach the next level while encouraging professional and personal opportunities. They send out client and employee surveys and truly act on the results. Recently, adding to the benefits because that was a concern displayed in the survey.
