      Pros

      Professionally working at IST has been very rewarding for me. I have had the chance to truly grow and advance in my field. I work with great people and have the chance to make real contributions to the growth and advancement of the organization.

      Cons

      I would like to see a stronger and more comprehensive benefit package but this is something I believe will improve over time as the company continues to experience growth.

      They do not care about their managers or team members

      Pros

      the only pro was the company i was contracted to work for cared about my team and included as into their environment as family

      Cons

      IST has poor review systems, they encourage you not to give your employees good reviews, they are not supportive and do not really seem to care it is hard as a manager to motivate employees so turnover was a big problem. their "star" program is a mess and leaves the best managers left to constantly train other sites employees

      it's easy work -no deep thinking here.

      Cons

      everything else. Did you notice that all of the "Great Place to Work!" reviews were either made on the same day or 2-3 days in a row?? That's because Operations people were told to make false reviews so IST does not get a bad rep. Trust me, you do not want to work here.
