      There is such a thing as too much communication

      Pros

      - Tasks are easy to accompish - Schedules are flexible - Site manager's appear to truly care about their direct reports

      Cons

      - Way too much repeated communication from CEO - Technical issues affect management ability to keep the site "out of the red", but always manager's take the blame

      - Easy to get hired - Learning the basics is easy - No experience needed - Minimum benefits - Great customer service overall - Great software... when it is implemented properly - SOPs for everything

      Cons

      - 401K matches only $500/year - Growth is slow/non-existant compared to the timeline stated by HR. - Unethical in so many ways: IST Management has a few dirty secrets.. - No support from senior management to lower level. They are never accountable: you will take the blame. - Cut employees' hours even the client paid for the hours. - Service Specialist starts at minimum wage. After about 2 years, your hourly wage is capped unless you get into the next level which can be near to impossible. - Turn-over is insane: at least 200+ a year. - Promises by senior management are rarely kept for both employees and clients. - Tech support is terrible. All the good people are gone.

      IST is a place you can go to work if you have no other options. The Pro's are the clients IST has and the people you meet while working there

      Cons

      Management from Site Managers all the way to Corporate in Atlanta are incompetent and no one understands how to communicate.
