      Pros

      IST focus on employee satisfaction. Ability to be empowered and make a difference at IST in relationship with peers and clients. Clear expectations provided from owners and operational leadership. The customer relationships that flourish between IST and our clients. The opportunities to grow professionally and make a difference with the organization and to our clients IST committment to continous development on employee benefits: employee flex time, on call work opportunities.

      Cons

      Like all companies that are 1000+ benefits and PTO are always subjective from the perspective of the employee; and sometimes may seem less in the employees view. However this perception can be changed once an employee sees the opportunities and enjoys the work enviornment that IST cultivates.

      Pros

      IST gives you the opportunity to grow, if you put in the time. They are also understanding when it comes to personal and family matters, which I appreciate. They like to have fun, but they still work hard. I do appreciate the environment they create for their employees.

      Cons

      Every company has its faults, but something IST needs to work on is putting more opportunities in place for the employees who are looking to grow. Also, having the right people there to train these employees for their promotions.

      Pros

      IST talks the talk and more importantly walks the walk of what it promises to its employees and clients. IST is always willing to listen and make changes for the greater good of it employees and clients. IST strives to do what is best for its employees and customers while still doing what it has to in a very competitive business environment.

      Cons

      The career advancement in the Atlanta area has been somewhat limited due to a lack of dedicated sales personnel however that has recently changed and the future looks brighter.
