      Pros

      IST is a people oriented company. They have the best technology in the FM business. IST's consistency from site to site is like no other competitors in the business. IST has a very lean Corporate structure which helps you get solutions quickly. The company is growing very fast across the USA. The on-line training programs are second to none and there are several incentives for Service Specialists and Site Managers.

      Cons

      Since IST is a smaller FM company their name is not as well known in the industry making it hard to get their foot in the door.

      Pros

      IST really is the company with Passion. They keep the bar high and expect superb customer service. IST is constantly working on its tool box of software, hardware and extensive operating procedure libraries, making IST the most advanced FM in the industry. IST has continued to grow during the weak economy because of superior service and client needs. With the growth has come the addition of many new sites, cities and jobs. IST grooms and expects that management will work hard and grow with the company.

      Cons

      Benefit and salary packages are not as competitive as other companies in the FM outsourcing industry. Useful benefits have not improved with the growth of the company.

      Pros

      Flexibility, growth potential, technology encompass some of what IST stands for to its employees. The mayority of staff seek improvement in sharing experiences and knowledge; enabling them to acquire a level of success not easily found in similar organizations.

      Cons

      This organization attracts young and mostly inexperienced personel. However, the technology allows and mostly compensates because it enables newly hired individuals opportunity to learn and grow accustomed to the workflows.
