      Worked for another outsourcing company for a number of years, happy I made the change.

      Pros

      Clients and employees come first, great systems and tools. We have seen such growth as a company, very good thing for everyone. People I deal with are all very nice and of high quality. The availability to speak to anyone in corporate at anytime is great.

      Cons

      Employee benefits could be better. Wages could be better, but are not bad compared to other outsourcing companies. Reporting seems to be a bit much at times.

      Pros

      -Fastest growing FM company with aggressive but reasonable goals -Management is supportive and senior management is only a phone call away -The communication loop is always closed -Open book management -Best technology in the industry -Exciting atmosphere

      Cons

      There are not many negative things to say about IST. If I had to write one thing it would be the benefits. But as the company is growing, so isn't HR and options for employees.

      Pros

      IST lives up to their unique culture. They expect you to work hard, but you gain rewards in doing so. Personally, I love how they set the bar high. This creates a healthy, motivational, work atmosphere. They are being their employees and are willing to help you in any way that they can.

      Cons

      Since this company is still growing, the benefits are not as great. However, I see this changing with time.
