      Pros

      Paid well, the people we were contracted to were lovely and the day to day tasks weren’t hard.

      Cons

      Management was not on the floor with me and therefore didn’t actually see my workflow. A small mistake therefore was magnified and victories overlooked. My supervisor and manager never communicated with each other and constantly gave conflicting instruction.
