IST Management reviews

I’ve been an integral part of the corporate marketing team here at IST for almost a year now, and never ONCE have I been asked to write a review for the company. Ever. Not by my superior, not by a coworker, not by anyone. It’s obvious to me that the negative reviews of this company have come from negative people, probably the very ones who complain about every aspect of their job, and the ones who aren’t willing to work hard to get them further in life. With that being said, my time so far at this company has been rewarding, stimulating, and is quite possibly the most comfortable work environment I have ever experienced. My coworkers and boss are talented, understanding, respectful and supportive people. The company itself is consistently growing, adding new sites, and ultimately, new jobs daily. Ideas and suggestions are always heard and often times implemented. As with any job, you are required to work hard, however, unlike many employers I’ve seen you are also greatly appreciated and rewarded well.

IST is a company dedicated to passion not only with their customers but their employees as well. Are they perfect? No, but what company or person is. I will say that whatever is not perfect there is a team in place to address it. Employees that work hard are recognized and rewarded through compensations, rewards, promotions, etc. If you are the type that wants something for nothing then this is not the place for you. We are all winners here working towards the same goals by growing the company, providing exceptional service and top notch technology.
