      I love the company IST. This company cares about they employees. They logo Company with Passion is what I have received from IST, MY mangaer and the team it theyself. Hal Blackman has personally reached out in my time of greaving and needs and for that I could not be asking to work for a better company.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons. I will be truthfully. If I have had 3 offers more money and I have turn them down because of the company I work for. Not all money is good money.

      Nice office, free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      The motto is the company with passion, but they hire passionate people and then take advantage of that and overwork and underpay those people with false hope of advancements. The benefits are not affordable. The site employees are severely underpaid with outdated equipment. The corporate office used to be okay, but now it's getting more and more like any other corporate office where you are just a number and always worried about a layoff. Usually used as a stepping stone by the wise. They give out fancy titles to try and make up for what they don't give you.
