      Pros

      Great regional manager. Very straight forward work. Gives you the ability to learn more about management and prepare you for other opportunities.

      Cons

      Low pay. High turnover. Benefits are not great. Experience depends on site. Wish there was more ability/opportunity to grow within the company.

      Pros

      It has been a pleasure being employed by IST. They are a company that doesn't hesitate to acknowledge and support their team members. The management staff is always available and willing to assist with any issues or inquiries. Having a direct connection to the CEO is amazing! Mr. Blackman takes the time to respond to all of his emails personally at all hours. That one act sets IST apart from many other companies. It shows that his staff matters to him and that's important to promote success.

      IST values every team member from the mangers to the contract attorneys and acknowledges the integral part every member plays to produce high quality work product and exceed client expectations.

      Cons

      Still working on improving efficiency when onboarding contract attorneys with access to workspaces and company systems.
