I have been working at ITG for over three years and it’s been an experience filled with growth, challenges and many good/bad moments. I have learned a lot and the company has given me a chance to learn and build a career in the telecommunication industry. If you want a stable and prosperous career and work in a company that has leadership that’s down to earth, ITG is the right place. From my local manager to the CEO of the company, there are no white collars. We are all the same which I appreciate. Real open door policy. However, the telecom industry isn’t for everybody. It’s non-routine and involves some emergency calls, long hours... Still, I am very pleased that I have a career in an industry that will never go away and allow me to provide for my family. Telecom industry is a utility service nowadays.

Alot of the management staff as well as some of the owners started as technicians or in the office in entry level positions and moved up. The company continues to promote from within when there are open positions and room to grow.
