There is literally not one single positive I can say about my time with this company,

Misogynistic, horrible "benefits", totally corrupt in the structure (the CRO hiring his own son to his own team...? really?). There is zero plans or incentive for individual growth. If you're not a man, good luck.

Cons

I consider this in the eye of the beholder, but ITG has less structure than larger corporations that have been around for decades. "Ma Bell", Comcast, Verizon, etc. Some see this as a bad thing, I think it's representative of a healthy private company who isn't just a follower.
