Training was a mess. It wasn’t private, it was loud, and as someone who is hard of hearing, I struggled to even understand what was being said. When I respectfully brought this up, it wasn’t handled well.
My supervisor reacted negatively the moment I was honest about the training issues, and the relationship never recovered.
I was terminated without warning, feedback, or any type of conversation. One day I was working; the next day I was removed with zero explanation.
Parking was terrible — my car was damaged multiple times while parked on-site.
Leadership constantly told us to “refer to the SharePoint/notebook,” but neither contained useful or updated information, which made basic tasks harder than they needed to be.
Bottom Line
The work itself wasn’t the problem — the environment and lack of real support were. There are people at this company who care, but the training, communication, and leadership structure need a serious overhaul.
