Overworked/Underpaid/no personal time/no respect. You will be charged for everything including issues that are completely out of your control "just sign this charge back and we'll look into it" once you sign you will be ignored and given the run around. If you don't sign you will be terminated and still charged.
The company truck I was driving had expired tags for at least 7 months/cop gave me a ticket/ITG gave me the run around about paying the ticket but swore they would... They didn't/my license became suspended/I had to pay/ITG never reimbursed me/tag is still expired.
This company is horrible from ownership down.
Unfortunately they bought out most of the competition so the employees working their feel trapped. My advice GET OUT or RUN AWAY as fast as possible.
Cable is a dying art anyways.
This used to be a fun, well respected fruitful field. ITG has murdered that.
The sad part is, it's only going to get worse.
Short sighted-back stabbing-yes men are running this company into the ground.
